Have Sister Colleen LaRose’s Civil Liberties been Violated?

Posted on الخميس 27 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

Newspapers over the world have reprinted pictures of the woman they believe was behind a conspiracy to kill the degenerate cartoonist who defamed the holy Prophet. Sister Collen LaRose, dubbed ‘Jihad Jane’ by media pundits, has been plastered all over the media without her hijab and in an uncovered state.

In 2007 another Muslim woman filed a bias suit against San Bernardino County and its sheriff for violating her rights by forcing her to remove the head scarf she wears because of her religious beliefs.

The American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Southern California filed the complaint on behalf of Jameelah Medina in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana — accusing the county and the Sheriff’s Department of breaching Medina’s right to practice her religion as well as a 2000 federal law enhancing protections of prisoners’ religious liberty.

If sister Colleen has been forced to remove her hijab, then we would strongly encourage her and Muslims who know her to avail of existing legislation to seek adequate reparations for the shame she has endured at the hands of a callous and crass media.

Complete capitulation

Posted on الأربعاء 26 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

How can Arabs trust US when it blatantly supports (Admin edit:Jewish State) positions? Even a US president as smart as Barack Obama does not seem to get it. He has this week sent his Vice President Joe Biden on a Middle-East trip with the same old blinkered message for the (Admin edit:Jewish State) , which immediately causes suspicion and anxiety in the Arab world.

A grinning Biden stood beside Benjamin Netanyahu at the end of their talks and promised that Washington was committed to the security of (the) (Admin edit:Jewish State) and determined to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

Biden however did not bother to say anything about the security of the Palestinian people.

Nor — and this is the elephant in the room of US policy toward Iran’s assumed nuclear ambitions — did he allude in the slightest to the fact that Israel is already an undeclared, unmonitored and unrepentant Middle East nuclear-armed power.

How can the Americans expect the Arab world to take seriously their protestations that they are intent on brokering a just and lasting Palestinian settlement, when their opening position is so distorted by such blatant partiality toward the (Admin edit:Jewish State) position?

Of course (Admin edit:Jewish State) deserve security but so too do the Palestinians and the wider region. Pandering to the US Zionist lobby and their friend Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, while ignoring the half century of misery endured by the Palestinians, is no way to set out this peacemaking stall.

And as if this were not pusillanimity enough, the (Admin edit:Jewish State) have chosen Biden’s visit to confirm they are about to build 112 more settlements, illegal under international law, at Beitar Illit on the West Bank.

The (Admin edit:Jewish State) Defense Ministry says the construction is essential to fill “a potentially dangerous gap between steeply raked apartment buildings.”

This is a complete inversion of reality, since it is the illegal settlements themselves, which constitute the real danger to a successful conclusion of any Palestinian peace deal.

The (Admin edit:Jewish State) know(s) this perfectly well. By continuing to build not just in East Jerusalem, where they have refused to implement their moratorium, but on the West Bank as well, they are creating the circumstances which will cause an already weakened Palestinian leadership under President Mahmoud Abbas, to draw back even perhaps from the indirect talks which have only recently been endorsed by the Arab League.

Netanyahu represents hard-line Zionists who dread the challenge of peace because they have prospered so much under US protection during the long years of conflict.

Obama may have been sincere last year when he delivered his Cairo address, but he has since been forced to back down on his call for an end to illegal settlement building.

For whatever dark reason, he has been unable to use the levers of US financial power to ease the (Admin edit:Jewish State) toward a genuine commitment to peace negotiations. In effect, even though a Palestinian settlement is the golden key to the ending of so many of the ills that beset the Middle East, including terrorism, he has handed it over to the (Admin edit:Jewish State) without condition. So while Netanyahu warmly shook Biden’s hand, he stamped on his foot at the same time.

New ‘Jewish State’ Law Forbids Palestinians From Showing Signs Of Sadness

Posted on الثلاثاء 25 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

A new law in the (admin edit:Jewish State) makes it a crime to commemorate what Palestinians call the “Nakba”, the “catastrophe” of their dispossession by the creation of the Zionist state in 1948. The Knesset, (admin edit:Jewish State)’s parliament, has passed “The Nakba Draft Law” after just one reading. Penalties will be imposed on anyone showing signs of sadness and mourning within the (undefined) borders of (admin edit:Jewish State) on 15 May; Palestinians remember on that day the creation of the refugee crisis that remains after 62 years.

Hebrew radio reported this week that the law is intended to stop people mourning on what is (admin edit: the Jewish State) Independence Day; commemorative acts are, it is claimed, tantamount to “denying the Jewish character of (admin edit:Jewish State) [and] insulting the symbols of the state”. The radio noted that the fines might amount up to three times the expenditure of commemorative programmes.

According to one commentator, it is ironic that this law has been passed at a time when (admin edit: the Jewish State) is complaining about attempts to “de-legitimise” the Zionist state. Here is an example of (admin edit: the Jewish State)’s own “de-legitimisation” of the Palestinians, their land and their culture, he said.

Interpol plays the game

Posted on الاثنين 24 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

The latest arrest notices issued by Interpol are a sham, as has been the response to this latest Jewish outrage against civil society. Everyone knows who it was, even the Jews won’t deny it, mind you in their usual obfuscatory manner they don’t affirm it either – so why not simply arrest the head of Mossad and Nethanyahu?

The west is all over Iran’s alleged shady intentions and is threatening sanctions and even war, but says nothing of the Jewish State which seemingly carries out attacks without censure, utilizes passports of so-called friendly goy states and maintains an undeclared nuclear stockpile – again neither affirmed nor denied. Perhaps Iran should pull out of the IAEA and resort to the Jewish tactic that seems to carry on unchallenged.

At any rate, Interpol’s mealy-mouthed attempts to be seen to do something fool no one. If it was a Muslim leader, or a band of Hamas assassins that carried out a similar crime no stone would be unturned.

Perhaps Hamas should take a leaf out of the Mossad book and pursue the killers themselves, Mossad justice for Mossad men.

Thank You Minister Martin

Posted on السبت 22 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

Ireland’s foreign minister on Friday called the (Admin edit: Jewish state)… blockade of Palestinian-ruled Gaza inhumane and unacceptable and he urged the European Union and other countries to increase pressure on Israel to end it.

Micheal Martin, who visited Gaza last week, was the first EU foreign minister to enter the Mediterranean coastal strip in over a year, an area that was severely damaged in a… (Admin edit: Jewish state) offensive in December 2008.

More than 1,400 Palestinians and 13 Israelis were killed in the three-week war in Gaza, which (the)(Admin edit: Jewish state) launched following months of rocket fire from the territory into (the)(Admin edit: Jewish state).

“The tragedy of Gaza is that it is fast in danger of becoming a tolerated humanitarian crisis,” Martin wrote in an opinion piece for the International Herald Tribune, describing conditions as medieval, inhumane and utterly unacceptable.

“(It is) a situation that is proving extremely difficult to remedy or ameliorate due to the blockade and the wider ramifications of efforts to try and achieve political progress in the Middle East.”

He will raise the issue at a EU foreign ministers meeting in Cordoba, Spain, this weekend, he said. The EU Commission and EU member states are the largest aid donors to Gaza.

A United Nations report by a team headed by South African jurist Richard Goldstone last September said that both the Israeli army and Islamist group Hamas, which controls Gaza, were guilty of war crimes in them conflict but focused more on the(Admin edit: Jewish state). (The)(Admin edit: Jewish state) which refused to cooperate with the Goldstone report, condemned it as distorted and biased and rejected the war crimes allegations. Hamas denied its fighters committed war crimes but has said it regrets (Admin edit: Jewish state) civilian deaths.

The United States pressed (the)(Admin edit: Jewish state)to ease the blockade last week and Martin said with 80 percent of the population of Gaza now living below the poverty line and over 50 percent out of work, the blockade was counterproductive.

“What I witnessed in Gaza, amidst all the rubble and devastation, was a population traumatized and reduced to poverty by an unjust and completely counterproductive blockade.”

Muslims Praying = Acting Suspiciously

Posted on السبت 22 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

The nation’s largest Muslim advocacy organization filed a complaint with police in a Las Vegas suburb, saying seven Muslim men from southern California were detained and told they were acting suspiciously while praying in a shopping center parking lot.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations said Friday it filed the complaint this week against the Henderson Police Department because it did not understand what was suspicious about the men.

“Our main concern is the police department looking at praying and the way they looked as probable cause for investigating those men,” said CAIR spokeswoman Munira Syeda. “They did nothing illegal.”

Henderson police spokesman Todd Rasmussen said the complaint was received and internal affairs would investigate, but he declined comment on the incident.

Rasmussen said the department would inform the group of the outcome of its complaint, but said it did not have a timeline for an investigation.

The group said the men, whom it identified as being of various ethnic backgrounds including Middle Eastern and south Asian, were performing one of five required Muslim daily prayers in the lot while stopped to buy gas and food Dec. 20 during a road trip.

Two police cars arrived as the men returned to their car and they were held for 40 minutes while three officers questioned them, checked their backgrounds and searched their car, Syeda said.

Syeda said the men were not blocking traffic or preventing other cars from parking. Afterward, the men were let go.

CAIR attorney Ameena Qazi said in a letter to Henderson police that during the incident, one of the officers commented that the men hypothetically might have been saying “I hope that I kill a police officer today” during their prayer.

Qazi said in the letter that the officers also told the men that they were not trained well enough to know how to appropriately respond to Muslim religious behavior, and asked the men how they should handle similar situations in the future.

The letter also said that police indicated they came up with a possible “hit” with the Terrorist Screening Center during their investigation of the seven men. Rasmussen said Friday he could not confirm a possible match.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Qazi said that the extent of the possible match was unclear and could have been in name only. She said studies have shown numerous inconsistencies with the database and its use.

“I have no doubt that there are people who are on the list and meant to be there that shouldn’t be and I have no doubt that there are people whose names are being confused with those on the watch list,” Qazi said.

The FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center maintains the U.S. government’s terrorist watchlist, a database of information on known and suspected terrorists.

FBI officials reached Friday referred questions to a screening center official, who was not immediately available for comment.

A CAIR attorney said in a statement that the group was seeking discipline against the officers involved, changes to officer training and compensation for the emotional distress of the men.

“The scope and length of the stop was not reasonable under the circumstances, nor did it serve any legitimate investigative purpose,” Qazi wrote.Source

MPAC.ie Comment: We don’t know which is more of a concern, the fact that US police would detain Muslim men for praying publicly or that society has moved so far from religion that prayers are deemed a threat. Muslims often pray in open spaces such as airports, car parks, malls etc. as they may not be near a mosque. In Ireland, as there is little or no religious accommodation we are forced to do so. It would be unfortunate for An Garda Siochana to become embroiled in such an unsavory situation.

Infantile Indicts of an Expat

Posted on الاثنين 09 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

Saudi Arabia has a thriving and diverse expatriate community covering both menial and professional positions – all are there to make money, and make it they most certainly do. From the Pakistani worker in the local launderette to the American teacher in one of the country’s prestigious universities, the tax-free salaries are usually able to support families back in the expat’s home country.

Those considering work in the Kingdom are made aware of the strict code that has kept the Saudi State relatively free of the deviations and debauchery of the west. On the work visa application, would-be workers are advised that drug smuggling is a capital offense, and widely available materials inform the potential that the vices of the west are shunned and there is only one religion that can be practiced – Islam. The Saudi State makes no attempt to paint a false picture, you get what you see or read, there’s no pretense to liberalism, democracy or even reciprocation.

what you see is what you get

Which does make one wonder why individuals like this complain about not being able to pray or go to mass. Unlike Ireland which blatantly and some would say misleadingly boasts that all religions are equal, that none will be prejudiced, Saudi Arabia makes no such claim. It will not accept any other religion and makes no bones about it.

Stephen R. Covey famously said “Every human has four endowments- self awareness, conscience, independent will and creative imagination. These give us the ultimate human freedom… The power to choose, to respond, to change.” If you know you cannot change Saudi law, then you have the independent will not to subject yourself to it, don’t go. But if you do go, then as a self-aware individual with conscience, it is you who has made the choice and must therefore accept the consequences – it seems infantile to complain after the event, does it not?

Needless to say, most expats have a great time in Saudi Arabia. Here’s a video of compound life:

Sick humour

Posted on السبت 07 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

Already under fire over the Mossad’s alleged role in an extra-judicial killing, Israel’s diplomats on Friday risked criticism on grounds of taste over a message posted by their U.K. embassy on Twitter.

According to a report in the U.K. newspaper The Guardian, a tweet issued by the embassy on Thursday read: “@israeluk You heard it here first: Israeli tennis player carries out hit on #Dubai target http://ow.ly/18A79″.

The message, which linked to a story on Israeli tennis player Shahar Peer’s victory in the third round of a Dubai tournament, was an apparent double-reference to the assassination of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai, widely believed to have been carried out by Israeli intelligence. Source

The impudence of this malignancy that dishonours a holy Prophet by sharing his name is now manifest to all. Amid the crisis over the extra-judicial killing of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai last month, the UK embassy of the Zionist state pokes fun at the west’s inability or unwillingness to hold it to account. Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon even went as far as to say, “…there will be no crisis, instead our relations [with these countries] will continue to deepen,”

Nobody can give you freedom. Nobody can give you equality or justice or anything. If you're a man, you take it.

Allah has informed us that “those who disbelieved are allies of one another” (8:73). There is now speculation that the British were informed in advance of the assassination in Dubai, is there any reason to suspect that Ireland wasn’t given notice too?

Our Present Challenge

The challenge Muslims are facing today is relying on each other rather than on the kuffar. The Muslims who fail to meet this challenge will not participate in the ending of the reign of fitnah and fasad and the reign of Allah’s deen. Know that Allah, the Exalted, has said:

(8:73) The unbelievers are protectors, one of another: unless ye do this, (protect each other), there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief.

(4:139) Those who take disbelievers for awliyâ’ (protectors or helpers or friends) instead of believers, do they seek honor, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allâh belongs all honor, power and glory.

(4:144) O you who believe! Take not for awliyâ’ (protectors or helpers or friends) disbelievers instead of believers. Do you wish to offer Allâh a manifest proof against yourselves?

(5:81) And had they believed in Allâh, and in the Prophet and in what has been revealed to him, never would they have taken them (the disbelievers) as awliyâ’ (protectors and helpers); but many of them are the fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh). Source

It is now time for Muslims to realize the futility of seeking aid from the Kuffar, we must help ourselves by casting of the shackles of ignominy and lowliness – we must arise from our slumber and reclaim that which we lost.

Kuffar don’t do terrorism?

Posted on السبت 07 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

“Whenever an individual or group attacks civilians in order to make a political statement, that is an act of terror,” said Nihad Awad, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).“Terrorism is terrorism, regardless of the faith, race or ethnicity of the perpetrator or the victims,” said Awad, adding in a statement that “if a Muslim had carried out the IRS attack, it would have surely been labeled an act of terrorism.”

MPAC.ie Comment: More western hypocrisy and another eye-opener for Muslims. It is clearly futile to expect justice and equity from a people who lie to attack you, support lies so others can rob your land and lie to their own people to justify it all. The Western capitalist system is based on a lie and the only thing that will save it is Islam, for verily Allah says:

Rather, We dash the truth upon falsehood, and it destroys it, and thereupon it departs.21:18

That day is near brothers and sisters, falsehood will be cast out and truth will reign, peace will prevail.

A brief history of ‘Israeli’ espionage scandals

Posted on الخميس 05 ربيع الأول 1431 by Admin

Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said on Wednesday there was no proof that the Mossad spy agency assassinated a Hamas commander in Dubai, despite the suspected hit squad’s use of the identities of foreign-born Israelis. Few Israeli commentators, however, appeared to doubt the Mossad had a role in the Jan. 20 death of Mahmoud Al-Mabhouh, which became a cause celebre after Hamas demanded a murder investigation.

Here are some previous international scandals involving Mossad and other Israeli intelligence agencies.

• 1954 – Egypt cracks Israeli Military Intelligence cell of Egyptian Jews who firebombed sites frequented by Westerners to embarrass Cairo and stop it nationalizing the Suez Canal. Two are hanged, one commits suicide and six others are jailed.

Israeli Defense Minister Pinhas Lavon quits, though denies authorizing plot.

• 1963 – Swiss police arrest an Israeli and an Austrian after a German scientist’s daughter accuses them of threatening her – part of a Mossad intimidation campaign against Germans suspected of helping an Egyptian missile program. Mossad chief Issar Harel resigns. Detainees are freed after a few months.

• 1967 – Two suspected Mossad officers arrested in Germany while breaking into a home believed to belong to a former official of the Nazi Gestapo. They are released as a goodwill gesture to Israel after the 1967 Middle East war.

• 1973 – Mossad assassins shoot dead a Moroccan-born waiter in Norway, mistaking him for one of the Palestinian masterminds of an attack on the 1972 Munich Olympics in which 11 Israeli athletes died. Five Mossad officers are tried, but eventually released. Israel offers compensation to the waiter’s family.

• 1985 – US Navy analyst Jonathan Pollard is arrested for passing intelligence to Lakam, an Israeli agency specializing in scientific cooperation. Israel apologizes to the United States and dismantles Lakam. Pollard is sentenced to life in prison.

• 1987 – Britain protests to Israel about what London calls the misuse by “Israeli authorities” of forged British passports, and says it received assurances there would be no recurrence.

• 1991 – Four Israelis are arrested during an apparent attempt to bug the Iranian Embassy in Cyprus. They are released for lack of evidence.

• 1997 – Two Mossad assassins are captured by Jordanian authorities after a failed attempt to kill Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal. They are sent home after Israel frees jailed Hamas founder Ahmed Yassin.

• 1998 – A group of Israelis is discovered trying to tap the phones of a suspected Lebanese Hezbollah fighter in Switzerland. In a closed-door trial, one Israeli, described in the media as a Mossad officer, is fined and given a suspended jail sentence. His three accomplices are released. In Cyprus, two suspected Mossad officers are arrested and charged with spying on sensitive military installations. They are released after nine months in prison under a plea bargain.

• 2004 – Two Israelis are sentenced to six months in jail by an Auckland court after they admit trying to obtain a New Zealand passport fraudulently. Wellington suspects they are from the Mossad and suspends relations with Israel in protest. A year later, Israel apologizes to New Zealand, which restores ties.

• 2010 – UAE police say they issued international arrest warrants for suspects in the killing of Mabhouh, who include German, British, French and Irish passport-holders. Two Palestinians are also held by the UAE for suspected complicity.

Source

MPAC.ie Comment: It now transpires that the Irish passports used in the Dubai assassination were the genuine item. Ireland should leave no stone unturned in getting to the bottom of this criminal venture. That Jewish Zionist villains would bring Ireland into disrepute in pursuance of their diabolical schemes should cause a rethink of economic and other alliances with the belligerent state wrongly called Israel.
