A Challenge

Posted on الاثنين 24 صفر 1431 by Admin

A number of critics of late have attempted to smear MPAC.ie as extremist and fanatical, as if somehow our opinions differ from those of mainstream Islamic thought.

We openly challenge those who have made these unsubstantiated allegations to show us where we have deviated from the Quran, Sunnah and the Ijma of the scholars, especially in relation to the hudood, homosexuality and al wala’a wal bara’a. If we are in error, we will respectfully retract the relevant statements.

In the words of one adversary – put up or shut up!

The bit where you went “especially” in relation to the hudood etc is a classic. Looks like you are not so sure about other issues.

Anyway the simple answer to your challenge is that you have nothing to do with Islam since you support a regime like Saudi Arabia which has deviated from Quran, Sunnah and the Ijma of the scholars.

We see such challenges with amusement since you support the Fasiqeen and Dhalimeen of the Ummah and have the audacity to talk about Islam.

We dont want you to put up. We simply want you to Shut Up.

  2. Eoin Whelan Says:

Well you are wrong. As I do not support the Saudis and have serious poblems with the state and the people.

I have said this before and I will say this again there is not one, remember that, not ONE islamic state on the face of the earth. I personally highlight the parts of a state that do fall in line with the Shariah, but I do not ignore the parts which contradict and go against the Shariah and the Sunnah.

A prime example is that in Saudi a peadophile was crucified, this shows the justice in Islam and the Shariah. because if you ask 10 people. 9 of them will say that a peadophile should be killed.

just because you disagree on one thing doesnt mean we are wrong.

I wasn’t aware Saudi Arabia was a regime, I know some have accused the government of that but the whole country – that’s a new one.

Can you point out the deviations in accordance with the Quran, Sunnah and Ijma of the scholars, and supply statements from the recognized scholars that label the Saudi rulers as you have.

Would you also grant us the benefit of your ‘wisdom’ by dealing with the challenge, or are you going to throw a takfiri tantrum because we disagree with you on your khurooj.

  4. Rooh Says:

Wow. So just because a paedophile was crucified Saudi is now the “justice of Islam”.

Eoin. Forget paedophiles. Saudis are responsible for crucifying a lot of children as well. It just happens that those children were Iraqis.

Heres a list of where the Saudis have broken the rules of Islam.

    1. Being a Nation State.
    2. Being a Monarchy.
    3. Being a Racist State.
    4. Implementing an economic system of Riba.
    5. Helping the Kuffar in bombing and killing other Muslims by providing for their armies and airforce.
    6. Stealing the wealth of the Ummah by directing funds from sale of oil into personal bank accounts.
    7. Promoting Wahabism which considers all Muslims as Mushrikeen except for themselves.
    8. Joining organizations such as UNESCO which considers Islam as a “fabricated religion”
    9. Using torture against prisoners.
    10. Preventing efforts to unite Muslims under the Khilafah

Takfiri and Khurooj Heh. (Edited – please see comments policy)

I m taking my sheikh’s advice now and treating you with silence for now. When the right time comes we will treat you in a better way that you deserve. InshAllah

A very familiar rhetoric with the usual veiled threats…hmmmmm

You’ve pointed out sins, no one disagrees there are shortcomings, it’s just that the rest of us don’t hold the condemnation of this state as being a prerequisite of Islam.

    1. If you knew anything about the state of affairs in 1924 you would understand the impossibility of what you condemn Saudi for. The Saudis dealt with the practicalities on the ground.

    2. A monarchy is not haram in Islam. Get a grip. There shall be Prophethood (nubuwwa) among you for as long as Allah wishes it to be among you. Then it shall be lifted up when Allah wishes to lift it up. Then there shall be successorship (khilâfa) on the pattern (minhâj) of Prophetship for as long as Allah wishes it to be. Then it shall be lifted up when Allah wishes to lift it up. Then there shall be a trying kingship (mulkan `âddan) for as long as Allah wishes it to be. Then it shall be lifted up when Allah wishes to lift it up. Then there shall be a tyrannical kingship (mulkan jabriyyatan) for as long as Allah wishes it to be. Then it shall be lifted up when Allah wishes to lift it up. Then there shall be successorship on the pattern of Prophetship. Narrated from Hudhayfa by Ahmad with a sound chain as stated by al-Zayn in the Musnad (14:163 #18319) and as indicated by al-Haythami (5:188-189):

    3. Racism is an abhorrent reality in all countries, why single Saudi out?

    4. Now you’re beginning to ramble. The world economic system is steeped in Riba and engagement in any form means some taint. But you would condemn Saudi Arabia for trying to manage the system in the best manner possible. For example I believe Ar Rajhi is 95% Riba free – no mean feat given the enormous world pressures. It’s not perfect but it’s a start.

    5. You mean like Pakistan? The Saudi allowance for US troops to use their soil to repel the Iraqi Ba’ath army was based upon a fatwa, whether right or wrong.

    6. Allah will judge each soul for any misappropriation of the blessings He has granted them, that judgment is for Him – not a nobody in Dublin.

    7. Wahabism is a misnomer and a derogatory term employed by the enemies of al Islam. Your silly statement resembles the usual hyperbolic nonsense regurgitated by Hizb followers and their admirers.

    8. The Prophet made alliances with the Yuhood who denied Isa’a and the Prophet were legitimate messengers. UNESCO pales in comparison.

    9. Torture is forbidden in Islam and is not condoned by the Saudi government.

    10. On the contrary, the clarion call for unity upon the Quran and Sunnah has been the basis of Saudi State’s dawah since its inception. It is this unity that will bring about the conditions for the Khilafah.

By all means take your ’sheikh’s’ advice, and when you’ve got an argument that moves beyond the insane rantings above come back and visit – cheerio.
